Available for Infinity, Kyota and Certified Pre-Owned massage chairs in the contiguous United States. Add one White Glove Delivery per chair. Not available for gaming cockpits. This upgrade is non-refundable once the delivery has been performed. Standard curbside delivery is always free.
Massage chairs (Infinity, Kyota, Certified Pre-Owned): Free curbside delivery to the contiguous U.S., typically about 2–3 weeks. Optional White Glove Delivery is available for $399 (room of choice, up to 2 flights of stairs, assembly and packaging removal; about 4–6 weeks).
Gaming cockpits (Cluvens, Ease): Built to order. Free shipping, duties prepaid. Please allow 4–9 weeks depending on the model (see the Description tab).
Returns: 30 days from delivery. 10% restocking fee; customer pays return shipping (free for damaged, defective or incorrect items). Damaged items must be reported within 7 days.
