We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

• Product must be in original condition (normal use during the trial period is expected)
• All original accessories, manuals, and components must be included
• Contact us at support@gravitychairco.com to initiate a return

Return Process

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery
2. We arrange pickup — white-glove return service at no additional charge
3. Inspection & refund — once we receive and inspect the product, your refund is processed within 5-7 business days

- 10% restocking fee
- Dealer responsible for all return shipping charges
- Products must be returned in re-sellable condition in original packaging or reasonable
approximation thereof subject to manufacturer’s discretion
- Customer is responsible for $399 removal, disassembly, and/or repackaging fee if necessary
- White Glove or threshold delivery fees are not refundable
- Extended warranty purchases will be refunded if chair is returned within 30 days
- Refunds will be processed within one week of product receipt at manufacturer’s facility
- Contact customerexperience@infinitymassagechairs to initiate returns
- Our Customer Experience team will guide the customer through the return process
- Exchanges for a different model will be permitted within 30 days of purchase and will be subject
to standard return policies and charges above
- Dealer will be billed or credited for price differences of exchanged products as applicable

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Warranty Claims

Warranty terms vary by manufacturer. All warranty claims are handled directly through Gravity Chair Co. — you won't need to deal with the manufacturer. Contact us and we'll handle everything.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before shipping. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
